Shipping Policy
All shipping options will be listed at checkout. If no shipping options are available, it means we currently cannot ship to your location. ☹️
Please note that the shipping time frame indicated at checkout starts once your order has been shipped and does not include standard processing time. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
It is the customer’s responsibility to track their package once it has been scanned by the carrier. All shipments come with a tracking number. We use USPS, Canada Post, DHL, and local carriers to ensure packages arrive quickly and safely.
Package Protection
Effective May 9th, 2024, Aura Jewels offers Package Protection to provide peace of mind for our valued customers. Learn more about it here.
Package Lost in Transit Without Protection
If a package is confirmed lost in transit and has not been delivered:
- All Items Available: If all items from your order are available, we will create a new order. A $5 USD fee will apply to cover reshipment costs.
- Unavailable Items: If items are unavailable, you will receive a store credit for the total order amount minus $5 USD to cover original shipping fees.
Package Returned to Sender Without Protection
If a package is returned to us due to reasons such as being unclaimed at customs, having an invalid address, unpaid customs fees, or being refused:
- All Items Available: If the items are available, we will resend the package with a $5 USD fee for new shipping costs.
- Unavailable Items: We will issue a store credit for the value of the items minus a $5 USD fee to cover original shipping costs.
Important Notes
- Customers are responsible for filing a claim. Include your order number and a valid email address associated with your order.
- All requests are subject to approval by our customer service team.
- This policy applies to packages confirmed as lost in transit or returned for the specified reasons.
- Aura Jewels is not responsible if the package is marked as delivered but cannot be found.
Order Changes
As of June 3rd, you have a one-hour window to edit your shipping address or cancel your order. After this period, changes cannot be processed as per our Refund Policy. Access your order dashboard here: EDIT ORDER DASHBOARD
Additional Custom Fees
Goods will be imported on behalf of the customer/buyer. The customer authorizes Aura Jewels to import the goods on their behalf and agrees that we may delegate this obligation to a subcontractor (e.g., customs broker). The customer will pay taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.
International Fees
Foreign transaction fees may apply to online purchases made from your home country when the vendor is foreign and processes transactions in its local currency. Aura Jewels is based in Canada. These fees, typically ranging from 1% to 3%, are charged by credit card issuers and are not collected by Aura Jewels.
