Return & Exchange Terms:

• Time Frame: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Returns are accepted only in their original packaging, including hangers, polyester bags, and hang tags.
• Color & Design Variations: Please note that there may be a 10-15% variation in embroidered designs and colors due to the manufacturing process and screen differences between devices.

How to Return or Exchange:

2. Approval: Once we receive your request and review the details, we will confirm and approve the return or exchange.
3. Return Process: After approval, you will need to self-ship the product using a local courier service. We do not offer reverse pickup. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility.

6. Processing: Upon receiving the returned product, it will undergo quality testing. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3-4 working days directly to your bank account. For exchanges, we will dispatch the replacement item as soon as possible.
