Package Protection

At Aura Jewels, we offer Package Protection for added peace of mind. You can select this option at checkout for an additional fee of $1.99 USD. To decline, simply uncheck the Package Protection box before completing your order.

Package Protection Coverage:

• Lost-in-Transit or Damaged Package: If your package is lost in transit or damaged, we will reship your order free of charge. If some items are unavailable, you will receive a refund for those items. If your entire order is unavailable, you will receive a refund for both the items and the shipping fees. Note that the $1.99 USD Package Protection fee is non-refundable.

• Returned Packages: If your package is returned to us due to reasons like being unclaimed at customs or having an invalid address, we will resend your order at no additional cost. Alternatively, if you prefer not to wait, you can opt for a refund minus the $1.99 USD Package Protection fee.

Without Package Protection Coverage:

• Lost or Damaged Package: If you do not select Package Protection, Aura Jewels is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. To request a reshipment, contact our customer service team. A $5 USD reshipment fee will apply. If items are unavailable, you will receive a store credit for your order minus the $5 USD fee to cover original shipping costs.

• Marked as Delivered but Cannot be Located: Package Protection does not cover situations where a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found.
